Hi, wondering if anyone can help?
I have been having Index Broker 7303 events a few times a day for a long time it seems (months).
I am running Vault 7.5 and will be upgrading to the latest version soon, but before I do I want to get everything in order with my live system.
So, what can I do to stop getting these events and what do they really mean to my system?
Cheers
James

it just means that the index server was busy, the admin service told it to shut down and gives it 30 seconds or so to complete its work, if it isn't completed, then it will forcefully shut down the index servers, now considering you have 15+ index servers loaded at any one time if its busy then it might be expected if you have a truly busy environment
it really isn't anything to worry about unless its occuring outside of restarting services

OK, Can ignore them - though I hate ignoring error messages.
Thanks for the info.
