Unable to Enable Mailbox

Hi,

I'm running EV 8.0 SP3.  I need to start archiving an exisiting mailbox, so I added the user to the provisioning group, but the mailbox was not showing up to be selected in the 'Enable Mailbox' wizard.  I restarted the privisioning task, restarted all EV services, but was having the same problem.  The mailbox is accessible through Outlook, and it does have emails that are eligible for archiving.  Then I looked at the ExchangeMailboxEntry table in SQL to check its MbxExchangeState value, but the mailbox isn't even in the table.  Any idea why the mailbox is not getting added to the table?  Thanks in advance for any help...

you need to Run the provisioning task as opposed to Restarting it. when the provisioning task is idle it will say "Running" When the provisioning task is processing mailboxes it will say processing

Dohhh!!!  You're right, I was restarting the task rather than running it.  Running it worked.  I'd forgotten about that...thanks for relieving me of my brain cramp!!
