Unable to enable user

Hi All,

We are unable to enable a user for archiving. We add the user to the provisioning group and when we run the provisioning group it registers the users mailbox as a Journal Mailbox.

Therefore when we try to enable the user for Archiving he is not present to enable.

And the user is definitely not a journal mailbox?
What version of EV? what version of exchange?

Any chance of getting a dtrace of the EVPolicySyncTask when provisioning that user?

oh and also how are you determining that it thinks its a journal mailbox?

We have checked and confirmed it’s not a journal mailbox.

We noticed that it adds the user as a journal mailbox by enabling the user to a provisioning group and then checking the provisioning group report and it list 1 mailbox in the Journal Mailbox and within the dtrace attached.
