Vault cache diagnostics

Hello All,

I am using EV 10.0.2.

I have an issue where a user is displayed twice in the Vault Cache Diagnostics page.Following link is used to access it

http://your_ev_server/EnterpriseVault/ClientDiagnostics.aspx

Vault cache sync is working fine for the user. I would like to get rid of the OLD Entry. please see the attached screenshot.

Is the Client Host the same for both entries?

Different Archives? It's possible that user has permission to see more than his/her default archive, in which case I would expect two entries.

The entries are stored in the table called:

ClientVCDiagnostics

.. in the Enterprise Vault Directory Database.
