Vaulted E-Mail Not Deleting from Celerra

Hey Symantec EV folks,

I have a client that has an issue with e-mail deleting from the Celerra.  The clients archive e-mail, it goes through the EV server, and then is stored on the Celerra.  If the client wants to delete the e-mail from Vault, they will delete both the shortcut and e-mail from their Outlook, but the original still lies on the Celerra.  I'm not a Celerra expert by any means, but I DO know that it aks like a "lockbox" and things sent to it remain forever.  Is there a solution to this issue?

Are you sure that you are talking about "Celerra", and not "Centera"?
Which EV Version are you using?

It is a Celerra storage system, and they are running EV 8.0.

Well, I haven't seen it first-hand, but one of the techs from the company stated that it is Celerra.  He could be wrong.

OK, I finally beat the truth out of the techs for my client.  It IS a Centera, NOT a Celerra!  Sorry for the mix-up folks!

The issue was corrected in 8.0 SP3.
