Hi,

I have a small problem, when i want to open a archived email, outlook comes with a popup asking "do you want to open or save this item. I want to open it without a popup, is there a solution?

Look at the policy settings (properties default mailbox archiving policy) for desktop. Change the download format to MSG.

Is this not strange, because i'm the only one who has this problem

a bit more information about this problem: I open my archived email in the archive explorer and the archive explorer will be opened in a internet explorer screen.

Hi,

It seems to be acting as if the client isn't installed or installed correctly. Perhaps something gone wrong with the file association.

I suggest uninstalling and reinstalling the client to see if that resolves the issue.
