error - whilst processing mailbox with dn .... [0x8004011D]

Hi,

I am unable to disable a mailbox for archiving.if have tried manually in the administration console but no luck.
i then came accross a kb showing how to do it with evpm.

the syntax is to my knowledge correct but i keep on receiving that error message.

All these users no longer have an exchange account. is there another way to disable archiving for these users?

Symantec are aware of this issue and currently working on a fix.
however you could edit the exchangemailboxentry and change the statuses through there

wierd thing is that most of the users have flag 2 already (admbxflags = 2 AD account is disabled ) but they are still in the reports generated...
is there anything else that can be done ? otherwise i need to wait for symantec to come up with a fix...
