It is more than 1 day since some partitions were scanned to check for newly-archived items that have not been backed up or replicated.

 

 
Partitions not scanned for 1 day: 2
Open partitions: 2
List of partitions not scanned for 1 day:
Express Vault Store Ptn1
Journal Vault Store Ptn1
 
You can use the System Status feature in the Administration Console to help you resolve this issue.

EV is going to scan for items when either the Vault Stores come out of backup mode or the Storage Service starts. 

This alert is implying that your system has not done either for at least a day.

You can search the EV Admin help for "Check for success of backup and replication of newly-archived data"

and find the suggested steps to fix the issue or from the Vault Admin Console System Status click the How to Fix option.
