For OWA 2010 we have this as an issue already.
It's currently with our engineering team.
The right click option only appears to be available on the inbox, and subfolders of it... so sent items, deleted items, and other user created folders at the same level as the inbox, don't have the right click option.

Did you install a service pack or rollup pack on the Exchange 2010 server ?
I would suggest to reinstall the OWA 2010 extensions on the Exchange CAS server.
