as you know in FSA  we can use FSA utilty tool(i think it is not woks good:) ) ,massive recall ..etc
but what is the best quick and easy way to restore all of the user mails from vault store to user mailbox?(apporoximately 1 gb data)

you can always use archiver explorer and restore folder by folder. or optionally, you can use the management console to export the archive data to a pst file and then import to the user mailbox.

Then as bobby said, you can use the Export Wizard from the management console to export the items back to the mailboxes.

Type export wizard in the Admin help and you should find the relavant documentation.

We have to restore some items back to mailboxes and we do not have access to the management console. It will work most of the time, but we have experienced a few issues: the communication with the Exchange servers hanging, messages being identified has moving to the mailbox but they reappear after a refresh of the Explorer page and never show up in the mailbox. Is there anything that we should be looking out for to avoid these problems?
Many thanks

If you do not have access to Enterprise Vault Admin console, I would suggest you contact Enterprise Vault Admin and ask to export items from the archive into a pst using Export Wizard. This would be the quickest way.

Alternatively you could use advanced search page(http://<EVServerName/EnterpriseVault/search.asp) select all items, add into a basket and export them into a pst. If PST option is not available please refer to the following tech article:
