upgrading from EV 9.0.2 to 10

can anyone pl guide me the steps to follow to upgrade from ev 9.0.2 to ev 10. is there is any tech-note available for this purpose?

You should find a pdf document entitled Upgrade_Instructions within the Symantec Enterprise Vault 10.0 folder in the installation media for EV 10.

I followed this documentation when upgrading my test enviroment and did not encounter any issues not covered in the document.
