Netbackup Appliance 3.1

Does anyone know when Netbackup 8.1 (3.1) for the 5230 appliances will be released?

GA for 3.1 is October 2.  It should be posted for download then.

And NBU 8.1 just went GA today.

A bit disappointing that Appliance software did not go GA at the same time as NBU...

Well, it was only a week difference, which isn't that uncommon.  Sometimes the appliance gets a little behind due to code soak on the core and then the appliance needs to soak it, too.  While same day is always the target, sometimes it just isn't possible.  At least it was only a few days, not a few months :) .

Does anyone know when the 3.1 Virtual Appliance software will be available?

I can only find the 3.1 physical appliance software and 3.0 virtual appliance under my Entitlements.
