Hi, my scenary is the follow: Appliance with netbackup version 7.5, the problem is when run schedule backup the process does not working, the process is freezed and after long time have restart of appliance, how fix the problem? I hope your comments.... Thanks

Please respond with the deatiled status of the job. Also leads you to think you need to restart the appliance?

Seems this cannot be too much of an issue if there is no reply to attempts to help....
Please give all relevant info.
Such as actual Appliance version (2.5.0.?)
Is the Appliance Master and Media server or just Media server?
Is this a new issue where everything worked well before?
Is problem seen for one or for all policies?
Does scheduled backups show up in Activity Monitor?
If so, what is seen in Job Details?
Have you tried to run NetBackup Problems report or All Log Entries report to see if anything is reported there?
