edit its hosts file so that it has short and long name against the IP address you are going to use.
You cannot set it to be a media server and to point at itself as a Master .. that just doesn't make sense.
You could try doing the full configuration from the CLISH if you wanted to - I always do appliances that way and it rarely has an issue
Very quick summary (edit to suit):
1. edit the hosts file - planned IP address against short and long name
2. add your license key : Manage - License - Add
3. Network - Configure 10.10.10.66 255.255.255.0 10.10.10.1 eth1
4. Network -
DNS Add NameServer 10.10.10.22
DNS Add SearchDomain company.com
DNS Domain company.com
Hostname Set myappliance.company.com
5. Appliance - Master
That is about it apart from bonding the network - note that the network will need to actually be working for it to talk to itself - and it does use its short name too.

Kindly check if the license for the appliance not expired. If you have a valid new license Please add it then check again.

This is a name resolution issue (though you do still need to check your license is OK)
Login to the appliance using Putty or via the local console and vi the hosts file - put its planned IP address, name and FQDN in there and then try again
This usually happens if the appliance has not been added to DNS prior to trying to configure it.
Hope this helps

So what does it say - still saying it cannot connect when you run this from the CLISH?
If you go to Network - Show Status does it show you network plugged and UP?
Can you ping it? (Network - Ping 5220nbap.abc.com / Ping 5220nbap.abc.com)
