Error: 71: \\?

Can anyone explain the following error...

Error: 71 : \\?\GLOBALROOT\Device\HarddiskVolumeShadowCopy14\Inetpub\catalog.wci\00010002.ci: could not be stored because files of type sparse file are not supported on this platform

recently I logged a call with Symantec for this type of error too

they simply said the sparse files, reparse files are not supported by PureDisk to backup, and you'll have to just ignore it or exclude it or put an enhancement request

I was informed, there is no way to exclude this and reparse points are not currently supported for backups per the manuals thru version 6.5, but will be in the next major version.
