The event logs will show more in detail what's wrong.
Remote SPA's log is also helpful, because in this case, the job could not run on the remote SPA for some reason.
/Storage/log and it's subdirectories will contain spoold log, which also shows detail about the replication job.
Check if there are any hung jobs on local & remote SPA - you can check it from the workflows tab, using the search with status being "queued" or "ready to run" or "running hold" or "running"
