Puredisk 6.5.1 system state restore on other box

Is it possible to restore System state and C: drive of a w2003 SP2  server on a similar  new hardware  but on another agent - in order to do test restoration ?

C drive yes, but not the system state.

Page 105 of the "Symantec NetBackup PureDisk™ Backup Operator’s Guide" says this. (version 6.5)

You cannot restore System State and Services data selections to an alternate client.
