Hi

Is this your master server: win-4e4v29i38h?

Are all services up and running on it - like nbwmc? check with bpps on master, or just start again with bpup -v -f. Is there any firewall in between this client and master?? you can check with telnet win-4e4v29i38h 443

is the client on the same domain as the master server?

check with ping command and telnet on 1556 & 13724 using short & fqdn name of the master server

also as @quebek mentionned, is win-4e4v29i38h the name of your master server? it looks like it your client's name?
