Access Denied using Java Console to Configure Storage Devices

This is HP-UX IA master server 7.1.0.4.  Attempting to conrol with Java Admin Console 7.1.0.4 (upgrading from 7.1 did not help BTW).  Other master server OS do not seem to have this problem.  Don't know if related but Configure Disk Storage Servers and Configure Disk Pool are greyed out in Admin Console.  Upon clicking "Configure Storage Devices" there's a popup error "Access Denied.  You do not have persmission to perform the operation or access this resource."

In the DOS window for the Java Admin Console is this message:

vrts.nbu.admin.icache.NBGUIORBConfigurator:10.110.160.71:1556:nbsl PortalException: Status = 0:Access Denied.  You do not have permission to perform this operation or access this resource.

It's frustrating that no other master server (on other OS; I've used many) has this problem.

Could you advise what's wrong?

Sorry; found a clue in technote 69837 and then after adding master server properly to hosts file on Windows system that has Java Console was OK.
