Are Vault Settings Carried Over during Catalog Recovery?

Good Morning,

We have tested catalog backup and recovery at our DR site, but we wanted to know if Vault Settings are carried over durinf a catalog recovery?  Our DR site does not have Vault Management so we have no way to test this.

Ok, great.  And if our Master server is a windows box that would be no different right?
