Backing up an ISA server (2004)

Apart from opening up port 13724, are there any other considerations I need to take into account, just been on the phone to the support in india and that was a waste of 45 minutes, shame I can't claim that back. The job I have running at the moment is running incredibly slowly (75 KB/sec) over a fibre connection.

Thanks

Hmm...
That should do it. We backup a couple of ISA servers that way. We have a Firewall Policy rule in ISA that allows port 13724 from and to "Local Host" and a group of servers that contain all of our NBU servers.
Have you checked duplex settings on the nics etc?
The other thing to do, is make sure you are exluding your cache directory. I think these can be painful to backup...
