If you are still experiencing status 196's, check multiplexing in Storage Unit and in policy schedules.
Good backup and restore performance is normally seen with MPX of 4.
Also increase Max Jobs per Client in Master server Global Properties to >1.

Status 196 simply means that job was queued and could not go active before backup window closed.
You need to tell us more about your environment :-
How many tape drives in your environment?
Were all tape drives UP while backup window was open?
Did you check REASON for queued jobs?

Dear ChandanMistry,
When you try to backup manually, are your backup success?
If Yes:
try to increase backup window time in you policy .
If No:
check your storage unit and media drives if down or not.
