Backup to disk and duplicate (Disk Staging Backup)

I'm currently configuring a disk staging backup on disk and the final destination is tape. In the final destination there is two final destination to choose FINAL DESTINATION STORAGE UNIT and FINAL DESTINATION VOLUME POOL. Do I have to select them both or just have to pick one like FINAL DESTINATION VOLUME POOL.

Yes, select both. If Final destination storage unit is tape, you need to select the volume pool where staged backups must be written.
