Blackberry Server Backup :(?

I have been asked to setup a backup for our Blackberry server.  We're running Netbackup Enterprise server 6.5.3 with a number of media servers.

Our blackberry server was setup using the default MSDE database configuration.

Should I be able to setup a normal SQL Agent backup policy to achieve this, then have another policy backing up the server OS, or is there more to it than this?

Any info or guidance would be much appreciated.

 backup to disk using the SQL agent that came with the blackberry app, then setup a backup that only backs up the file system that hols the backup data.

As an option, can the SQL agent be used to backup the Blackberry SQL database?
