Why not use the GUI?
If you really want to use NBU commands, please download the NetBackup Commands Reference Guide
The command you are looking for is bpplclients.
bpplclients policy_name [-M master_server,...] [-v] [-generation generation] [-reason "<reason>"]
{-add host_name hardware os [priority] [disable_meta_indexing]}
{-delete host_name...} |
{-modify host_name [-hardware hardware] [-os os]
[-priority priority] [-disable_meta_indexing 0 | 1]} |
{-rename old_host_name new_host_name [-hardware hardware]
[-os os] [-priority priority] [-disable_meta_indexing 0 | 1]}

Indeed. Use the GUI.
Goto Policies -> expand "Summary Of All Policies", click on Clients and sort by Client Name tab. Highlight the client using SHIFT and the mouse to do multiple selection of the client, right click and select Delete
Problem solved
