I run NBU 7.1
I created sql script file .bch which backup msSql and trancute log
Located in ....\netbackup\DbExt\MsSql\file.bch
Question:
1. If file system backup policy 'All local drive backup' running, will Sql data also backup and truncate log?
2. Does this situation also happend for others DB such oracle, db2 etc?
3. Hows the best practice, should I exclude the path from the file system policy?

Have you tried the manuals in my 'Handy NBU links'?
Exclude list for Windows clients is covered in NetBackup Admin Guide I under this topic:
Exclude Lists properties
For Unix clients, see this topic:
About excluding files from automatic backups

1. No - ALL_LOCAL_DRIVES backup will no be able to backup open, online databases. Backup will probably exit with status 1.
2. Yes, same for any online database.
3. Yes, exclude databases from filesystem backups (e.g. *,mdf, *.ldf)

Thanks for the answer, really appricate this.
I have some more question relation to Oracle DB backup in Linux/Unix client.
1. Does restoration can be done only from client NBU agent? (same like MsSql)
2. If the Linux/Unix client don't have GUI/X-Windows support, how's steps to restore oracle by cli?
3. How to restore oracleDB to different server?
Thanks in advance.

Please - one topic per discussion!
1. Yes
2. Use rman commands/script. You need to work with your dba.
3. Steps are documented in NBU for Oracle Admin Guide : http://www.symantec.com/docs/DOC3672
Look for the topic called 'Redirecting a restore to a different client'.
Best to read through this manual from beginning to end.
PS: Links to all manuals can be found in 'Handy NBU links' in my signature.
