In addition to @sdo's excellent post, we already know that your MSDP disk pool is WAY too small.
A quick win will be to double existing MSDP pool.
If you can extend the retention of MSDP images to at least 2 weeks, then most restores will be done from disk without impacting other operations.
You will also see MUCH better dedupe rates with longer retention on disk.
