Determine if my catalog is currently compressed or not.

Sorry, accidentally submitted before saying that my Master server is RHEL4.0 linux and the NBU software is version 6.5.6.  I'm trying to see if my catalog is compressed, and I cannot find how get to the Master Server Global Attributes.
