EVault Backup -> Status = no files specified in the file list.

Trying to backup (6.5.4) our Enterprise Vault 8.0 environment and my EV directive backups keep failing with the following:

Backup on client EVSQL01 for user root by server netbkup00 failed.
 
Status = no files specified in the file list.
 
Policy = 00ddr_File_Backups_EVault_Env
Schedule = Daily_Incremental
 
File list
---------
EV_DIR_DB
EV_MONITORING_DB

Any ideas on what is going on?  Thank you in advance.

already installed this and I still receive the error.

Had to put the master server in the clients hosts file and all is well now.  Should have figured that since Netbackup is heavily reliant upon the host file for non-out of the box environments.
