Error 156 on 1 server Snapshot problem

I have a windows 2000 server SP4 . Client 6.5.4 and I can connect to the client from NBU Host Properties. If there any additional logs needed please let me know,

From above logs i found the below error.

could please check the connectivity between client and media server, by using the bpclntcmd -hn command and also check the client is configured under client attributes...> VSP or VSS as per windows 2000 or windows 2003.

badger.som.yale.edu seems to be the media server that needs to backup this client, right?
From the bpcd log it seems that there's no SERVER or MEDIA_SERVER entry for badger.som.yale.edu on this client:
"badger.som.yale.edu is not a master server"
"badger.som.yale.edu is not a media server either"
When you open Host Properties for the client, check all it's SERVER (or MEDIA_SERVER) entries. Add badger.som.yale.edu.
