Anytime there is a partial or failed backup job we receive emails from Netbackup notifying us of such. We get the emails, jet in the Detailed status of the job, we get an the error:
Error bpbrm(pid=XXXX) cannot send mail to user@domain.com, user@domain.com.
We have NBU sending the email to two users of which both get them, but we get the above error anyways.
Has anyone run across this situation.
We are running NBU 7.0.1

Would you share complete Activity Monitor status ? . There may be some more errors .

Maybe you have more than just your 2 names in the email list - those other two might be in the email list as well but are not vaild.
