'CONNECT system/*********'
is internal Oracle account. You need to work with the dba.

Is this a new setup that has never worked?
Or has this backup worked previously and now failing?
Any reason for client still on 6.5?
This version ran out of support in Ocy 2012.
The problem seems to be with account/connect string used to perform backup:
BR0301E SQL error -28000 at location BrDbConnect-2, SQL statement: 'CONNECT system/*********' ORA-28000: the account is locked BR0310E Connect to database instance PBD failed
You need to work with your dba to solve this.

your atachement shows the below error:
"ORA-28000: the account is locked"
Did you verified the credentials manually??
please check
P.S. Please upgrade you client to atleast master's version. 6.5 has reached EOL way back..

Hi Marianne,
This backup worked previously and it's failing lately. But on the other system that has similiar setting and version, the backup is running well. But, thank you for your advice. I will work this case with the DB admin.
For the version, for now we still use this 6.5, while waiting for next upgrade project on few month later
Thankyou

Hi rk1074
I've checked all passwd user on the system, but there's no ORA user got locked. So, I'll check it with our DBA. Thankyou

Hi Marianne,
I have worked with DBA to unlock and adjust the passwd to the script. Now, the backup is running well. Thank you very much.
