Exchange restore

Dear Friends,

I need help on Exchange restore , this granular policy .

exchnage admin deleted a user mail box by mistake , now they created user with same name , and asking me to restore the complete mail box of that user.

is it possible ??

Yes. It is possible.

Please work through requirements and steps listed in NetBackup for Microsoft Exchange Server Administrator's Guide: http://www.symantec.com/docs/DOC5172

If granaular restore is not a option - then restore the entire DAG to a Recovery Database (AKA RDB). And let the exchange admin move the mailbox around.
