Hello All,

Nagalla the read time out values are already set to 1800 sec, I think the issue was fixed by changing the NIC settings and restarting the NBU Services of Mastre and client  Server's  seems to   be okay now.

if i am correct..

you are able to make the backup for D Drive fine and having the issues for only F Drive.. correct?

if yes...

1) configure the test policy only for F Drive.

2) keep the Verbose 5 for the client

3) make sure bpbkar and bpcd log directories are created in client

4) then trigger the backup. share us the logs as attachment

and also check what the client readtime out value set from the hostproperties.. if that is 300 or something.. try to increase the read timeout and test it again.

Like the up post, check the client read timeout.

How is the type of backup? is a File system Backup or another?

Try run FULL backup for each drive (F: and D:) separately and post here.

This error generaly is about read timeout, disk issues (no space to read).
