Failed restore of Novell server to a different Novell server

Greetings:

I really am at the end of my rope.

Environment:

Master Server: Solaris 10

NBU on server: 7.5.0.4

NBU on dead Novell server (nw2): 6.5Alpha1

NBU on server I'm trying to restore data to (nw1): 6.5Alpha1

Situation: nw2 had hard disk(s) failures and cannot be accessed via the network. Someone else is working on that issue. I restored several differential backups and one cumulative backup successfully to nw1. The restore of the full backup appearantly failed on the second and final tape. I can restore from a nw1 backup to nw1.

Here is the the last part of the Detailed Status from the Jobs Details:

Before I go mucking around, I hope you can provide some guidance.

Questions:

1.Can this be quicky addressed and repaired?

2. Is there a way to restore the files to a Windows server? (We tried without success.)

3. Any idea what caused it? (For incident report.)

Thanks.

From the error it does sound like the data set needs to be recovered to the original server - not sure if this tech nore will help you?:
