Flashbackup Windows failed with Status 13

Copy of an exising job that works fine.  Only things different are the server and the Storage.

That appears to be Unix.  I'm Windows with NBU 7.1.

I made a copy of a different working Flashbackup-Windows and didn't get the 13 after reconfiguring.  Now it's just been running for almost 24 hours.

it covers both windows and Unix

The log files for windows under the C:\Program Files\Veritas\NetBackup\Logs folder or where ever you have installed NetBackup

Nothing in any of those logs.  Most of the directories mentioned were empty or non-existent on the client.

Is it vStorage API  ??? If YES then need to know how many client in same policy ?

also need BPFIS logs from path "C:\Program Files\Veritas\NetBackup\Logs"
