The last date you can restore to is the date when the incremental run (which has a valid full). So in your case, your "final" backup you could restore from would be 9-02-2014

final or latest backup is on 9-02-2014
but the latest/final full backup on 8-30-2014... incremetals backup are also valid backups,
with the backup of 8/30 and incrmetals till 9/2 you can get the data how it was tilll 9/2

It depends on what your criteria is and the retention of the backups.
But as long both the full & incremental backups has not expired, I would consider the 2. september as the final backup as this is time you can restore to.

Actually what happend the unix team decomsined the server without creating any ticket. So what am asking is final backup is on 30th aug 2014.After that upto 2nd sep we have incremental backups. So We can consider 30th aug have the final backup of the server?

Everyone has answered you already.
If incrementals up to 2 Sept were successful, then 2 Sept was the final backup date.

Define "final".
If last full, then yes, if last backup, then clearly no.
