Open 'Handy NBU Links' in my signature. You will find links to all NBU docs.
Open the link for NBU 7.0 manuals, then find Release Notes in the list of URLs.

Generate the Install/Upgrade checklist for your system if reading the Release Notes doc is too boring for you

You have not told us the exact NBU version that you are enquiring about? (You have selected NBU 7.1 and earlier...). Binary sizes are different for each NBU version.
If you are enquiring about NBU 7.1, see About NetBackup binary sizes in NBU 7.1 Release Notes.
If the Linux server will be the Master server, you need to plan for sufficient space for NBU images as well.
See Estimating catalog space requirements in NBU Admin Guide I .
Allow +- 2 GB for NBU logs as well.
If your enquiry is for another NBU version, you can find links to all NBU documentation in 'Handy Links' in my signature.
