Hello Guys,
Iam getting the below error sicne 2 week .
- Check free space
- VSS are stable
- Snapshot is cleared.

Which OS and Hyper-V version? (It cannot be Windows 10.)
Have you created bpfis folder on the Hyper-V server?
(I suggest level 3 log)
Have you checked Windows Event Viewer logs on the Hyper-V server?
Also check Event Viewer Application log on the virtual Windows client for which the snapshot failed as per this TN:

For the bpfis log, also set the logging level under Windows Client / Client Settings to 2.

Hi,
I cannot see the host in Client list , it is backing through Hyper-V policy (agentless)

Thanks Marianne for looking into it .
I checked and found the machine is having Windows 8 os , I suspect its a desktop .
