I can´t delete some job

Hey guys

I am having a problem with the master server NBU 6.5, specifically in the activity monitor. Somejob not canceled nor the activity I can remove the monitor and instead remain in status (waiting for retry)
That I can do to eliminate these job the activity monitor?

If you cannot cancel them remove them using the following link - but do not delete "all files" just delete the ones that relate to the job id's that are hung

Are these jobs status 50's perhaps?
