NetBackup Management/Host Properties etc for the specific client or Master etc within the "timeouts" tab.

And if your command prompt on your windows server says "what is grep?"...

try findstr instead of grep in the commands Andy posted above.

please mark that post as the solution.

The reason is two-fold: to assist anyone else with the same 'issue' find the solution quicker and also gives credit to that forum member that provided the solution.

Glad we could help.

In which case can you actually mark my post as the solution & not your copy of it? surprise

Hi,

As Andy explained, you should mark the person's post who helped you the most in solving your problem. All the forum users, and especially the trusted advisors put a lot of effort into helping YOU by giving THEIR time to assist you with your query/issue.

You cannot and should not mark your post (which is a repost of what Andy said), you're the one asking the question and unless you figured out the solution, please mark the entry that helped you most. Not your own repost.

I trust this is clear and simple.

if you haven't already?

If we find a resolution to this latest issue it would be inappropriate to mark it as solution due to the points mentioned earlier - it would have no relevance to your original post.

Thanks again!
