Q1.I want to know how I can copy image(Content) of media from one to another in netbackup?

Q2.why image clean job always exist as a partial success whenever i see netbackup job console?

1. It is called 'duplicate'. You can find this function in the Catalog section in the GUI or by using bpduplicate.

2. You will see this when Catalog Backup is not configured.
If Catalog backup is configured and running fine, look in Job details for the reason.

You can duplicate the images from one tape to another by using the catalog utility in the Netbackup console.

1. Select duplicate in the catalog, then search for the images

2. Right click on the image select duplicate

3. Select the retention, volume pool, etc and select OK

The duplication will start now and you can see the progress in activity monitor
