All,

Is there a way to check when a policy was deleted? A policy that was created two years ago or more we suddenly can't find. We figure it may have been deleted some time in the past couple months is there some log that shows  X policy was deleted on this date? Time?

Try running :

# nbauditreport -ctgy POLICY -fmt DETAIL

if that provides too much information try

# nbauditreport -ctgy POLICY

From NBU 7.5 Netbackup will per default keep a audit log for 6 month. If you have OpsCenter around that would also be a source to check.

Update :Nicolai, I think i found it in opscenter "audit trails" trying to find our how to go back 6 months now.

we are using opscenter 7.6.
