MSEO Installer binary for NBU 7

is there any separate binary installer for Media server Encyption option for netbackup 7 ?

MSEO 6.x is still used with NetBackup 7.x.

It comes on its own media, which is available on FileConnect if you have a valid serial number for MSEO.  I'm sure an installer is part of that.

Yes that is what im asking .

But my customer current license mode for netbackup 7 is a volume based .

So there isnt any MSEO purcahsed previously and based on NBU 7 volume all options should be available.

Should i call customer service for advise?

To my knowledge, MSEO is always purchased separately and would never fall under a volume license, but I've been wrong before - I freely admit I am pretty clueless when it comes to licensing issues, so you probably do need to call somebody.  A sales rep is really the best person to answer these questions, but I don't think they hang around Connect too much.  :)

i can download the binary from the MSEO serial number.
