Manual Duplicate from GUI does not start

I attempt to start a duplicate by going into Catalog Action-> Duplicate set search params etc...
I find the image I want to duplicate right click select duplicate.
The "Setup Duplication Variables" window comes up and I select the Storage Unit, Volume Pool, Retention etc and click OK.

I go into Results and there it sits forever!

I can copy the command it has created into a CMD box and that works.

All storage units are shared and like I said when I run the command manually it works.

But why doesn't it start on its own.

Is a job started, that you can see in the activity monitor?

No, there are no jobs in the activity monitor in Queued status or active. But when I run it manually from the command line it shows right up.

Is this from a disk staging unit?

Have you tried duplicating it from the storage tab and selecting manual relocation?
