Media Read Error - On Import

Hi,

Can anyone advise on the following please?

While trying to import a backup exec image into net backup, at stage one, I get the below error...

Hi,

Please provide the versions of netbackup and backup exec that you are using..?
Does this problem happen with this specific media?

Run bephyinv -m <media id> and then try to import to see if you are able to.

Thanks for your response, here are the product versions -

Backup Exec 10d

Net Backup 6.5.2A

bephyinv does not work with 6.5.2a which is what I tried first.

I've seen this before and it was a difference in block size. I don't remember the specifics but google for
Netbckup import blocks
..or search the knowledge base and you should find something.

 Can u check another media or duplicate the same media to another media & try it again.
