Your plan looks like it may work, but I have never tried that.
Try it, but do not re-format old volume until you have confirmed that everything is working fine.
If it does not, you can always stop NBU, unmount new volume and bring old volume back.

Is this MSDP?
Only one volume is allowed. See NetBackup Deduplication Guide http://www.symantec.com/docs/DOC5187
You could possibly use array tools to grow existing volume, or, if you have Storage Foundation installed on your media server, use it to grow the volume.
See About adding additional storage in the Dedupe manual.

Hi Marianne
For me , it's not MSDP because Disk Pool are set like puredisk
Thx

PureDisk is installed on a separate server and runs SUSE Linux OS.
The PureDisk binaries that is installed along with NetBackup Server binaries, is called Media Server Deduplication.
Please see the Dedupe manual - link in my previous post.

Oupsss
My server is MSDP but impossible to create a Disk pool
On page 81, i can see that i can create another disk pool from new ressources.
But during creating oh this, no volume avialable appears
I have one Windows Volume
How can I assignthis volume to a diskpool ?

As per the manual - only ONE volume is allowed.
You already have a volume on the D-drive. You cannot add E-drive.
The instructions on p. 81 is about adding new disk pool in a new config.
Please read through 'About adding additional storage' on p. 70 and 182 in the Dedupe manual.

I can't expand my first volume becaus ethe size of cluster is set to 4k and the data is to 16 Tb
The only way might be to copy all datas to new 16Tb volume (formatted with 64K cluster) via tools like robocopy with all netbackup service down
After, rename letter of the new volume with original letter of volume , format old volume, expand new volume with free space
Your revienw about these operations ?
