NB 6 MP5 Logs

Suddenly, the installation drive of NB is out of space. upon checking I found that the directory C:\Program Files\VERITAS\NetBackup\logs is full of old logs. Can I simply delete or move these logs to free some space. Also, how to instruct NB not to accumulate old logs?

yes they can be deleted.

You can set the number of days for retaining the logs from the GUI.

I proceded with deletion. I will set d period to 5 days.

Also you can change the verbosity of the logging in case you get a lot of logging.
