NBU 7.6 upgrade

Hi, I am helping a customer to plan for upgrading from NBU 7.5 to NBU 7.6. The master server is NBU 7.5.0.4 on Red Hat 6.1 Enterprise OS.  My question is:

During the upgrade, do we need to type in the NBU 7.6 licenses? If no, can the customer use the new features in NBU 7.6 with existing NBU 7.5 license keys? Do they need to put in the NBU 7.6 license keys after the upgrade to activate the new features?

7.6 licenses will be needed to activate new features. 
Add it during installation.

Oh, you will also need the 'M#######' serial number on the upgrade notification (that contains the new license key(s) ) in order to download NBU 7.6.
