NBU Vault job not starting from console.

Windows 2012 Enterprise

We have a vault job that we run manually each morning from the console.  Yesterday morning it stopped working.  

-It shows the message of having started successfully.

-It does not create a job.

-It does not get added to the vault log for the day.

-Using the vtlrun.exe command works, creating a job, successfully vaulting.

-I have turned the vault manager service off and on.

-I have stopped all services and rebooted the master.

-The vault service shows as enabled and active for the master.

What type of Vault job is it ? (Duplication, Catalog Backup, Tape Eject, etc)

Is that ever worked ? Please verify if Vault profile is setup correctly.

Where are you running the Vault job from? From the vault profile or from a Policy?

Thank you for the quick reply.

 It is a tape eject vault job.  I am running it from the profile.  It has always worked and there has not been any significant change in the environment or to the vault job.
